J-Woww’s split from Tom Lippolis is getting uglier than late-night at the “Jersey Shore,” with the reality TV bombshell accusing her ex-boyfriend of stealing from her.

Police confirmed Jenni “J-Woww” Farley filed a complaint, claiming Lippolis lifted yet-to-be-named items from their Franklin Square, N.Y. home after their breakup. Lippolis denied the accusation, telling Radar Online he took nothing but his own belongings, including his bed.

Pending an investigation, misdemeanor larceny or even felony charges could be filed against Tom, who weathered his girlfriend’s first tumultuous summer on “Jersey Shore,” only to break up with her admidst recent rumors that she locked lips with a guy named Roger from New Jersey.
