MvC3 Roster Updates
Capcom today revealed two more characters due for inclusion in upcoming brawler Marvel vs Capcom 3. One is a Capcom stalwart, the other, a Marvel villain that’s not exactly a household name.
Marvel baddie first, and it’s Dormammu, the flaming-head tyrant. I’ll be honest. I’d seen the guy like twice in my entire life, and couldn’t remember his name until I saw it on the press release.
The Capcom challenger is a little more recognisable: it’s pint-sized hero Viewtiful Joe, who made his debut on the GameCube in 2003.

Were I Thor, this isn’t the debut I’d want to make, being paired against Amaterasu from Okami. Because if you win, which he is, briefly, you’re a god beating the crap out of a dog. And if you lose …
We’d heard earlier that Thor and Amaterasu would be a part of the lineup. That video and two others below were released by Capcom today, confirming the appearances and showcasing what you can expect with them in action. I dunno about you, but after that throwdown, I think this just became a day one purchase for Michael Vick.
